You must be at least 18 years of age to use HealNova. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly permit access to users under 18. If we determine that a user is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and their data deleted.

HealNova Corporation grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HealNova strictly for your own personal, non-commercial wellness purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• ✕Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the application or its content
• ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or AI algorithms
• ✕Use the application for any illegal, unauthorized, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• ✕Sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise provide access to the application to any third party
• ✕Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services
• ✕Circumvent or attempt to disable any security or access control features

• ✓You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• ✓You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ✓All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.
• ✓You must immediately report any unauthorized access or suspected security breach to [email protected].
• ✓You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your account.

You agree to use HealNova only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading false, misleading, fraudulent, or malicious content
• Attempting to access other users' data or accounts
• Hacking, injecting malware, or interfering with the platform's systems or servers
• Impersonating any person, entity, or organization
• Using the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempting to circumvent AI safety measures or misuse AI analysis features

By voluntarily uploading body images, videos, or other health-related content, you:

• Grant HealNova a limited, temporary license to process that content through AI models for the sole purpose of generating your wellness insights.
• Confirm that you are uploading your own data or have obtained all necessary consents.
• Acknowledge that image and video data is processed temporarily and deleted immediately after processing.
• Understand that AI-generated results are not medical diagnoses.

You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

• AI-generated results and wellness recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant to your specific health situation
• Image analysis efficiencydepends on the quality, clarity, and appropriateness of images submitted
• Wellness scores and risk indicators are estimates based on pattern analysis, not clinical assessments
• AI tools within HealNova are not a substitute for licensed medical professionals, therapists, dietitians, or other healthcare providers
• HealNova does not guarantee specific health outcomes resulting from use of the Services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealNova Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services
• Health outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your data
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated wellness insights

Our total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HealNova Corporation and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

• You may stop using HealNova and delete your account at any time through the app settings.
• HealNova Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse.
• Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Sections 7 (IP), 10 (No Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of HealNova after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of HealNova shall be:

• First subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for at least 30 days
• Failing resolution, submitted to mediation under applicable Indian mediation rules
• Finally subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India
